The Design Team continued to review the information provided by the community and identify the major themes coming from the information:

• Safe
• Updated
• Family-friendly

Community members continued to stop in throughout the Design Open House hours to learn more about the process and ensure their voices were heard through additional comments and talking with members of the Design Team.

The Design Team began developing scenario options for how this area can be reimagined based upon previous market reports and community input. It is important for continued community input throughout this process to maximize the success of the project.

The Morgan State University Landscape Architecture candidates attended the Design Open House and continued work on improving pedestrian and bicycle connections to the site. Interaction with the Design Team helped to answer questions and guide the design process.
