The Design Team continued to review the information provided by the community and identify the major themes coming from the information:

• Safe
• Updated
• Family-friendly

Other major themes coming from the information included the design for more casual dining options, recreation, and walking trails as part of the area, and embracing the cultural diversity of the community throughout the site.

Community members continued to stop in throughout the Design Open House hours to learn more about the process and ensure their voices were heard through additional comments and talking with members of the Design Team.

As this project progresses into the week of October 17, scenario options for how this area can be reimagined will begin to take form. It is important for continued community input throughout this process.
